Haven Provence Spas are better made and have much higher value than the so called "high end" from the major companies.  We can offer this level of customer satisfaction, by keeping the quality high and cut out all the middle people and advertising.   We don't have fancy brochures, because we don't operate in the old fashioned way; the "pre Internet" marketing way.  Because we are direct to consumers, and we cut out unnecessary things like lots of sales people, marketing costs (our site is naturally very high on search engines. The oldest and best hot tub site) and we save on shipping by using our own trucks and very small trucking contractors.  Life is good for our customers!  You get high value and powerful therapy in our Provence Spas which were made to compete directly with other companies, so called, "high end" spas.  Their high end is not a good value.  Actually it doesn't even meet our standards, making them sub standard. 

All of the Provence series now come with the full Thermally  Closed insulation and a standard cover in rust or gray color.  (Compare) You can choose to upgrade the cover (see bottom item list below)  The Provence Series are extremely reliable, stronger made than any other brand of spa in current production in the US,  and very quiet and energy efficient.  The shell structure is  acrylic with vinyl ester resin  bonding and full hand rolled fiberglass; the best composite. Wooden 2x4 frames are the best there is with the same frames as used in the high end Haven Spas. (over 40,000 LB vertical strength average per spa).  The DAIT can be added for  $497 to a Provence series. They come standard with no air injection or Turbo Air.  These spas are tremendous bargains that will outlast most any spa with normal care.  The most common option our customers purchase is the wonderful turbo air. These spas filter up to 50,000 gallons per day if you want, using the programmed filter times.  That is better filtering than just about any spa.  This year, In order to keep the prices down, we are offering them in low maintenance,  Durawood, which is less expensive than redwood.  There is no reduction in quality in these models. They will last longer than most any spa in current production today. These spas are a direct, better made, competition to the expensive spas that cost up to $12,000 or more from the main brands competition. The Provence models are very strong and are often found in mountain rental property or weekend resorts and hunting lodges, because of the durability and the ability to take a lot of abuse from renters.
You can look high and low and never find a better value.  We have always been able to offer better products for less money than  any other spa store, that is why we are truly "the internet spa store".
