Havenmade Inc has a return policy on some products. On guitars and musical items under $2000 you can return within 45 days, over $2000 and above 10 days limited for refund.  If you return a guitar in its orignal packaging and in perfect condition, there is no restocking fee.  If it is returned in a not so perfect condition (scratches, marks, packing materials,  missing or damaged), 25% and if the product is damaged in shipping you must contact the shipper rigth away or contact us right away for any shipping claims. Contact us by email or by the online form for any customer service issues. 

Harmonicas are not returnable if the seal is broken on the package.

 Hot Tubs are not returnable but you may get an exchanged hot tub according to the Haven Spas Policy
